Die Saratoga & Western ist eine Klasse-2-Eisenbahn mit Sitz in Saratoga Springs, NY. Sie verläuft westlich nach Buffalo, NY und südlich nach Baltimore, MD. Nur ein Teil der S&W-Linie wird im Spiel dargestellt, das ist die Oswego Division. Weder das Ende der Eisenbahn wird anwesend sein. Die Karte zeigt den nördlichen Teil von New York in kleinerem Maßstab zwischen 1950 und 1979.
